Returns Policy for Vanguard Citizen Services (VCS)

At Vanguard Citizen Services (VCS), we strive to ensure that all products meet high-quality standards. Since our merchandise is produced through drop shipping, we have a specific returns policy outlined below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

• If an item arrives damaged due to a production or shipping issue, we will review the claim for a possible return or replacement.

2. Wrong Fit Items:

• If an apparel item is delivered in the wrong size based on the customer’s original order, we will review the claim for a possible exchange or store credit.

• Issuance of store credit equivalent to the purchase value.

• Returns are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Items that have been used or worn.

• Custom or personalized products (unless defective).

• Digital products and downloads.

4. Refunds (if applicable)

1. Store Credit:

• In most cases, approved returns will result in store credit, which can be used for future purchases.

2. Reshipment:

• For approved wrong fit or damaged items, a reshipment may be offered instead of a refund.

3. Full Refunds:
